Gentle: Sundays 10:30 am

 

Carefully curated to slowly stretch and strengthen with a careful attention to alignment, while interweaving foundational yogic teachings.

Restorative: Check back for pop up date!

Designed for deep relaxation by integrating healing yogic practices that support and develop a deeper awareness of the physical and subtle body connection.

​

Chill Flow: Fridays 12 pm

​

Vinyasa flow, blissfully slower-paced, yet dynamic and fun with a focus on holding asanas longer to focus on building strength and maintaining proper alignment.
